Electric CR Trail Motorcycle Prototype From Honda Ready To Be Tested Racing In Japan

JAKARTA- Do you still remember the Honda electric motorbike called CR? Yes, four years have passed since the two-wheeled manufacturer revealed the project at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show 2019.

Because there is still a prototype of not a small amount of information circulating about the electric motor. However, from the latest news, it is confirmed that CR Electric will be tested in the eighth round of the Motocross championship in Japan on October 28-29, quoted from the Rideapart page, Wednesday, October 11.

This means that the prototype of the electric motor from Honda will first participate in a formal championship made directly by the manufacturer. Interestingly, the motorbike will be ridden by Trey Canard, who currently serves as team adviser at American Honda and is the champion of the AMA Pro Motocross 250 in 2010.

The trial, which was also reportedly part of an effort to gather information, as well as the improvement of the prototype to adjust the development of motorcycles in recent years.
