Jeep Celebrates 85 Years with Wrangler and Gladiator 85th Anniversary Edition

Jeep continues its Twelve 4 Twelve celebrations throughout the year to commemorate 85 years of offroad leadership by introducing the exclusive Wrangler 85th Anniversary model.

This special edition pays homage to the brand's legendary heritage while delivering modern capabilities and premium touches designed for adventure.

Following the debut of the Wrangler Moab 392 in November and the unveiling of the Wrangler Whitecap 2026 in December, the Wrangler 85th Anniversary edition marks a significant moment, combining signature design elements with premium features for a more attractive look and feel.

Jeep CEO Bob Broderdorf said that for 85 years without interruption, every Jeep vehicle has been built with a purpose, designed first and foremost for capability, engineered for real-world use, and shaped by the needs of those who depend on it.

"The special edition of the Wrangler 85th Anniversary reflects this timeless mindset, which is translated into meticulous details and authentic design cues that respect the past while continuing to provide confidence and the ability for today's adventures," he said, quoting from the official website, Tuesday, January 13.

This special edition of the 85th Anniversary Wrangler highlights the Jeep Americana heritage with a bold touch, with a checkered motif as the main highlight, channeling the tradition of hard work, outdoor freedom, and classic style from generation to generation for modern adventures.

Exterior highlights include exclusive 17-inch Steel Oxide painted wheels, bronze tow hooks, Blue Agave 85th anniversary badges and stickers, and body-colored overfenders for a refined yet tough look.

Optional upgrade options include a black hardtop that blends into the body or a body-colored hardtop, providing additional personalization options directly from the factory. Customers can also upgrade to all-terrain tires at no additional cost, further enhancing capability and appearance.

Also launched is the Jeep Gladiator 85th Anniversary edition which features a checkered design inspired by the same heritage and commemorative details on the industry's only open-top pickup, giving customers more ways to celebrate Jeep's legendary 85 years of capability.
