JAKARTA - Hyundai has rolled out an update to Creta globally earlier last year and is expected to continue a positive trend in this series in several markets.

In India, this car continues to attract customers' attention because it has the potential to have a wide selection of machines. However, the compact SUV has yet to offer a hybrid choice.

Realizing this, the South Korean manufacturer certainly does not remain silent. It is reported that they are designing the next generation of Creta which will be available with a hybrid choice and are expected to debut in the next two years.

Reported by Indian media Gaadiwaadi, Monday, March 17, this latest generation of Creta will carry the internal SX3 code and production will be carried out at Hyundai's manufacturing facility, Tamil Nadu, India to be exact.

In the report, this third-generation Creta will have a comprehensive design overhaul and significantly improve its interior.

Meanwhile, the choice of powertrain and transmission has not changed by adding a hybrid engine option that highlights the overall fuel efficiency side. It is hoped that the car will have a 1.5 liter gasoline engine paired with a high-capacity electric and battery motorcycle.

Along with the emergence of the latest generation of Creta, the manufacturer with the 'H lopsided logo will also strengthen its environmentally friendly vehicle portfolio by launching the facelift version of Creta Electric which will have a further and more sophisticated distance.

Not only in the Creta series, Hyundai will also develop a premium seven-new passenger car that is rumored to be filling the position between Alcazar andaturah. The car is expected to be assembled at the Talegaon, India facility which has just been acquired by the company.
