JAKARTA - An automotive manufacturer from Vietnam, VinFast launched a tiny electric car called Minio Green. The car focuses on the fleet market at home.

Launching from InsideEVs, Saturday, February 8, VinFast Minio Green has a unique and funny exterior design that fits into an urban vehicle. The car has a design resembling a mini-SUV resembling a VF3.

The presence of this car is expected to revive in terms of transportation in the country. Cars like Minio Green are intended as an alternative to motorcycles, in places where motorbikes are commonly used as taxis.

The appearance of this car looks more like a kei car compared to VF 3 which has a more resilient element.

VinFast Minio Green has the performance of a 26-hp electric motor capable of providing a top speed of up to 52 mpj or the equivalent of 85 km/h.

Armed with a small battery, the car can provide a distance of 111 miles or about 180 km. This is compatible with DC 12 kW charging and AC charging with a strength of 3.3 kW.

Apart from Minio Green, the manufacturer, which was founded in 2017, also launched three other models, namely Herio Green and Nerio Green, which are each version of VF 5 and VF e34. One other model, Limo Green, is a seven-seat EV for public transportation.

Unfortunately, VinFast did not reveal the price of these tiny cars. However, it would be interesting if some of these models were traded for the public.
