Acquaintance With Hongqi Tiangong 05, An Electric Sedan That Has Extraordinary Tempuh Distance

JAKARTA - China's automotive brand never stops providing innovation, the latest brand under the auspices of the FAW Group, namely Hongqi, released a compact electric sedan with extraordinary distance.

Quoting from the Carscoops page, Saturday, February 1, the latest model is Tiangong 05, an electric sedan with a modern design that was introduced last year in the form of a concept.

Now, the brand releases details of this car including an exterior design. On the front there is a pair of sharp LED lights, similar to the MG4 EV. This car is pinned with a long line on the hood which is indeed a characteristic of the Hongqi brand.

This electric sedan is embedded with a battery from CATL which has two capacity options.

Although this brand from China has not released its capacity, according to reports, the lowest variant of this car is able to cover a distance of 550 km in one charge.

Meanwhile, interestingly, the highest variant has a distance of 750 km or above the average distance offered by many manufacturers.

This car is driven by one electric motor in the rear wheel with a power of 281 hp (210 kW).

Hongqi has yet to release the official image of the compact sedan interior that will be the strong challenger for Ioniq 6. However, several times the interior details were caught on camera.

In the photos shared, this car has a large infotainment display in the middle, similar to Chinese cars in general.

This car is rumored to be being sold in Asia, but it is not explained which country will be the main destination.
