Next Year, Here's The Specification Of The Suzuki EVitara Electric Car

JAKARTA - In early November, Suzuki Motor Corporation officially presented its first electric vehicle model, namely eVitara in Milan, Italy and its production will begin at Suzuki Motor Gujarat in India in the spring of 2025.

After officially starting production, sales are expected to begin in various countries, including Europe, India and Japan, around the summer of 2025.

Ahead of its launch, the electric car from the Japanese brand was often caught on camera testing roads in India, including recently based on reports from Rushlane, followed by Monday, December 9.

In the spy photo shared, it can be seen that the electric car filling the SUV segment is full of camouflage. Its very strong design is ensured that the model is an eVitara, at first glance it looks sporty and fiercely closed.

On the front, there is also an all-LED DRL light that makes the appearance of this car even more dashing. There is also charging on the left body panel. seems to be eyeing a slightly sloping roof line, which is currently trending in India and the main global market.

In dimensions, this electric car has a length of 4,275 mm, a width of 1,800 mm, a width of 1,635 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,700 mm long. The free distance to the ground is a minimum of 180 mm and has a sidewalk weight of 1,702 kg and 1,899 kg. There is also a disc brake on the four wheels with a rim size of 18 inches.

In specifications, the Suzuki eVitara will be equipped with a 49 kWh or 61 kWh battery, with the latter offering a 4WD dual motorcycle option. Based on the electric platform, the eVitara is basically an FWD vehicle that packs up to 172 bhp and 189 Nm. With a 61 kWh variant, the 4WD variant carries a 64 bhp powered rear electric motor for a total output system of 181 bhp and 300 Nm.

The interior has also been revealed, featuring floating center consoles, vertically oriented air conditioning ventilation, bar steering wheel 2, a free-standing double screen with a recent range of connectivity and high-quality materials, as it is a global product.
