Revealed This Is A New Car Model From AION That Launches At GJAW 2024

JAKARTA - AION Indonesia is one of the brands that launched the latest model at the 2024 Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) event, which will take place at ICE BSD, Tangerang from November 22 to December 1.

It said the latest model of the AION has an exterior design inspired by Dinosaurs with the caste Tyrannosaurus Rex, an ancient predator known for its iconic shape. T-Rex, reflects a bold and unique design language, featuring a strong posture and agility associated with the dinosaur.

"This vehicle has impressive cruising power, thus allowing users to travel further without worrying about battery recharge," said AION Indonesia CEO Andry Ciu, in an official statement received, Tuesday, November 19.

AION claims this one model also offers comfort because of the wide space, as well as the design of an ergonomic chair in the form of a butterfly, has a massage chair with eight massage points, three intensity levels, and five driving modes, as well as adjustments to clothing up to 137 degrees for maximum comfort.

From the images shared, this model is none other than AION V which has also launched in Thailand some time ago. This one SUV has dimension greater than Y Plus, with a length of 4,605 mm, a width of 1,854 mm, a height of 1,660 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,775 mm.

Regarding the travel distance, referring to the Thai market, this model one can reach more than 600 km, which is embedded with a 0-100 km/h magazine battery with a capacity of 75.3 kWh of 0-100 km/h in a time of 7.9 seconds, as well as a maximum speed of 160 km/hour.

For prices in Thailand, AION V is priced at no more than 1,000,000 baht or around Rp456 million, for prices in Indonesia it will most likely be launched at launch.
