Lexus Announces Sport LC 500 Edition 2025 Car Update With New Color Choice

JAKARTA - A premium automotive brand from Japan, Lexus officially updated the LC 500 and LC 500h 2025 grand tourer style models for the United States (US) market.

Launching from Lexus' official website, Saturday, October 7, this car retains its eccentric design by featuring a mesh grip on the front. The LC model also has a large glass panel and a dark back pillar that creates floating look.

Another interesting thing about LC is the hallmark of lighting at night. The back light is inspired by the jet's afterburner' light and the headlights are equipped with three ultra-compact projector LEDs.

For exterior color choices, Lexus offers this car in nine colors, namely Ultrasonic Blue Mica, Copperatured, Caviar, Cloudburst Gray, Ultra White, Independent, Flare Yellow, Nori Green Pearl, and the latest color Iridium for the 2025 model.

Luxury also radiates on the interior, but also gives a sporty and comfortable impression. The position of a low instrument panel, engine hood lines, and narrow pillars provides good visibility for the driver.

Both LC 500 and LC 500h are equipped with a 12.3-inch HD touchscreen. Inside is a Panoramic View Monitor that can see front, rear, left, and right cameras around the vehicle.

Lexus engineers also design steering wheels by taking into account various aspects, so that drivers can turn them more easily and comfortably.

The thick premium elements are found in the gear displacement lever wrapped in the skin as well as a door and chairs panel which is now coated with Alcantara which is also decorated with hand stitches.

The trim skin can also be selected, consisting of Black, Fasted Caramel, and Rioja Red. All of the interiors are now equipped with elegant Metalic Satin ornaments.

Designed for performance, Lexus maintains a 5.0 liter V8 engine at LC 500 2025 which provides up to 471 dk of power and torque reaches 539 Nm by accelerating 0 to 97 km/hour in 4.4 seconds.

This is also assisted by a Direct-Shift Automatic transmission system of ten accelerations that can be controlled through a magnesium middle shift.

Meanwhile, the LC 500h 2025 is equipped with Multistage Hybrid technology developed by Lexus. Thus, the car is given a 3.5 liter V6 engine combined with two electric motors which provide a total output of 354 dk coupled to a transmission of four automatic accelerations.

Both models are imported directly from the Motomachi, Japan factory at a price of 100,425 US dollars (Rp1,573 billion) for the LC 500 2025 and 103,575 US dollars (Rp1,623 billion) for the LC 500h 2025 and will be marketed starting this fall.
