Zeekr Officially Opens Orders For Model 009 In Malaysia, The Price Is Around IDR 1 Billion

JAKARTA - A premium automotive manufacturer from China, Zeekr has officially opened an order period for the 009 model in Malaysia. This car has an MPV style powered by pure electricity.

Launching from Paultan, Saturday, October 5, this brand has provided price estimates below 370.000 ringgit or equivalent to IDR 1.3 billion. In neighboring countries, 009 will compete with other luxury MPVs such as Toyota Alphard and Vellfire.

Zeekr 009 has a relieved dimension of a length of 5,209 mm, a width of 2,024 mm, a height of 1,848 mm, with a wheelbase of up to 3,205. Thus, the car offers a different comfort.

Moving to the interior, the equipment that becomes standard in this model is the 12-direction front seat with the function of massage, memory, and ventilation. Then, the chair is covered with Nappa skin and there is adjustable footwear.

Then, there is a touch screen with 15.05 inches of infotainment located on the dashboard which accompanies a 10.25-inch instrument cluster. Behind is a 17-inch OLED display hanging on the interior ceiling, 50W wireless charging pads, and 30-speaker from Yamaha.

His cabinet offers extra comfort with a six-seat layout (2+2+2), including an executive chair powered in the second row.

In addition to being luxurious and comfortable, Zeekr 009 is also equipped with an advanced ADAS system that is useful for helping drivers, consisting of adaptive cruise control, lane centering control, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, traffic sign recognition, and many more.

Talking about performance, Zeekr 009 for the Malaysian market will follow the specifications sold in Thailand. This means that this MPV is equipped with a dual electric motor with a total power of 612 PS (603 hp or 450 kW) and a torque of 693 Nm.

The pinned NMC 116 kWh battery allows this car to cover a distance of up to 582 km according to WLTP testing. Not only that, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/hour can be achieved within 4.5 seconds, with a maximum speed of 230 km/hour.

For charging matters, Zeekr 009 supports DC fast charging of up to 310 kW, which allows charging from 10% to 80% in just 11.5 minutes.

The brand offers three exterior color options for this car, namely Phantom Black, Electric Blue, and Crystal White Pearl. The interior is available in black and is available on two tone options, such as Stone Gray and Polar White and Midnight Blue and Polar White.
