Release September 10, Bentley Flying Spur Brings Hybrid System The Same As Continental GT Speed

JAKARTA - The premium vehicle brand from England, Bentley will introduce the latest Flying Spur on September 10. The sedan will be the second model to carry the Ultra Performance Hybrid system after the latest generation Continental GT Speed.

The next generation is coming.

Launching from Autocar, Tuesday, September 3, this four-door luxury car will be armed with a 4.0 liter V8 engine combined with electric motors and gyrboks whose power is channeled through four wheels (4WD).

Thus, this latest Flying Spur will produce 781 dk and a 1.000 Nm torque or more powerful than the previously retired iconic W12 engine.

The force also equals the Continental GT Speed which can speed up from 0 to 100 km/hour in just 3.2 seconds and can reach the highest speed of up to 328 km/hour.

Equipped with an efficient Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) system, Bentley claims this car is the most efficient in terms of fuel consumption. Although the manufacturer has not disclosed the figures, Flying Spurs can travel with pure electric power up to a range of 45 miles or 72 km in a single charge.

In addition to being efficient, the latest Flying Spur is also one of the cars with the least emission expenditure in Bentley's ranks to below 40 g/km.

Although technically an update of the current model, Flying Spur is expected to get a significant refresh from the outside view to its more dynamic driving ability.

It is hoped that the changes will follow the latest Continental GT Speed, such as an upgrade to chassis, the introduction of the latest anti-roll system, the latest suspension component, and the leading stability control system.

In addition to Flying Spur and Continental GT Speed, it is estimated that Bentley will launch the latest Bentayga in the future with the latest hybrid technology similar to her two brothers.
