Audi Q5 Sportback Latest Generation Caught On Camera With Some Updates, Anything?

JAKARTA - A well-known auto brand from Germany, Audi is reportedly preparing a new Q5 Sportback model to complete the ranks of vehicles with internal combustion engines (ICE).

Launching from Carscoops, Monday, August 26, this coupe-SUV can be seen with a cover sticker but can be seen with a clear latest design sketch. This car features aggressive LED headlights, gripping honeycombs, and intake on front bumpers like other new Audi models.

Since this car carries a coup design, the latest Q5 Sportback has a sloping roof line and the rear has been revised. The rim and backlight have differential updates compared to the previous one.

However, the model also retains a number of designs such as old versions such as sharp tilted rear glass covered with roof spoilers. The new back light is also higher than before and looks connected over the number plate.

The car appeared more sporting by highlighting the exhaust pipe while proving that this vehicle was powered by a gasoline engine.

Moving to the interior, the dashboard of Audi Q5 Sportback will be decorated with 11.9-inch digital instrument clusters, 14.5-inch infotainment screens, and 10.9-inch optional passenger screens.

Meanwhile, the rear headspace on Q5 Sportback will also be shown lower than before in order to optimize the aerodynamic side.

This Coupe-SUV will use the Premium Platform Combustion (PPC) architecture or the latest version of MLB Evo. This platform also underlies the latest A5 Sedan and Avant models.

This car is also seen being tested by displaying a charging port, which allows Q5 Sportback to support Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) technology by combining 2.0 liter turbocharged and diesel turbo petrol 4-cylinders for the European market. In addition, this model also has the potential to be equipped with a self-developed 48V mid-hybrid system.

The performance will be combined with a dual-clutch seven acceleration transmission by driving all wheels that become standard.

Meanwhile, the four-ring logo brand also features SQ5 which focuses on performance by displaying a 3.0 liter-hybrid V6 TFSI 3.0 liter hybrid engine with about 360 dk of power plus more aggressive body adoption and responsive control.

Audi will introduce the latest generation Q5 and Q5 Sportback this fall in hopes of coming with a number of variants so that buyers have various options.
