JAKARTA - Tesla Cybertruck is officially paving in Indonesia which is brought directly by General Importers (IU) as well as CBU distributor, Glamour Auto Boutique.

Sales Manager of Glamour Auto Boutique Sigit Tedi revealed that the car already has the owner, and is priced at IDR 5 billion.

"There is already a buyer, that's what we were looking for a Tesla Cybertruck, whether it doesn't enter Indonesia, we finally ordered it outside," he said, to the media crew, in Jakarta.

Sigit revealed that the car order, which was recently reviewed in Malaysia, was ordered about three months ago, according to its estimation.

"So indeed, if our message is estimated for 3-4 months, it will only enter Indonesia," he added.

He further said that the model brought to Indonesia is the Dual Motor Foundation Series variant, meaning that it is present in two electric motors on the front and rear.

"For those ordered, the Foundation model, and to take care of the documents, it shouldn't take long, after coming it can be about 2-3 months," he explained.

This one car is considered also in demand, since Glamour Auto Boutique posted on his Instagram social media page.

"Many people have asked questions but no one has ordered them yet," he concluded.

It is known, in the United States Tesla itself has stopped bookings for the cheapest version of Cybertruck, which is priced at US$61 thousand (equivalent to Rp972 million). Now, Tesla only accepts orders for a version of 100 thousand US dollars (equivalent to Rp1.6 billion) with shipments starting this August, as listed on the company's website.
