Zeekr X Officially Lands In Singapore, Comes With Two Variants

JAKARTA - The luxury electric vehicle brand from Geely Holding Group, Zeekr, officially attended and immediately launched model X for the Singapore market.

The launch of the model is a major milestone along with its expansion in Southeast Asia, following its launch success in Thailand in July.

"Along with Singapore's progress in the transition of its electric vehicles, we believe that there is a desire for electric vehicles not only for transportation, but also for the experience of premium driving," said Vice President Zeekr Mars Chen, quoted from his official website, Tuesday, August 6.

He further said the company was very optimistic that the launch of Zeekr in Singapore would expand its reach in Southeast Asia and beyond.

On the same occasion, Premium Automobiles Managing Director Lee Hoe Lone, said Zeekr created a future car for today's drivers.

"This provides a new view on the meaning of combining innovation, sophistication, and efficiency. Premium Automobiles is very excited to represent Zeekr in Singapore and play our role in helping to shape the future mobility of premium electric vehicles," said Lee.

Zeekr X which launched in Singapore comes in two variants, namely a rear wheel drive priced at 199,999 Singapore dollars or around Rp. 2.2 billion, while the rear wheel drive version touched 214,999 Singapore dollars or Rp. 2.6 billion.

This car will also launch in Indonesia this year, but it will not be explained in more detail regarding the launch. Later, there will also be a 009 model that will enliven the Indonesian automotive market and launch in the same year.
