JAKARTA - Great Wall Motors (GWM) has now entered the 300 Tank model into the Malaysian market. Having a tough design, manufacturers have a way to attract owners to buy the SUV.

Launching from Paultan, Saturday, July 29, this manufacturer from China offers free maintenance for five years or 100,000 km and life insurance for engines and transmissions to these 300 car buyers.

"We really believe in the quality of our products, and we want our owners to feel confident and confident in our commitment to the product," said Malaysian GWM Managing Director Mike Cui An Qi.

The Baoding-based manufacturer China opened a 300 Tank booking period last May and is scheduled for the SUV to launch in the second quarter of this year and deliveries begin next July.

Entering the cabin, this car comes with a fine-tuned interior, including a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch infotainment touch screen supported by Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The seat part is wrapped in Nappa skin, nine Infinity speakers which make it have a premium impression in class.

Regarding the heart of the runway, GWM Tank 300 carries a four-cylinder gasoline engine with a line of 2.0 liters of non-hybrid turbocharged. The machine is capable of vomiting 217 hp and 380 Nm torque power, with the driving being channeled through automatic transmission of eight accelerations.

No price has yet been disclosed for the Malaysian market, but it is estimated that it will be priced at around 250,000 ringgit or around Rp. 883 million.

In China, this model will come with the option of a 2.4T diesel engine which is reportedly identical to the one used in the GWM Poer pickup truck.

With this diesel engine option, the new version of Tank 300 will be equipped with a GW4D24 engine, producing a maximum power of 135 kW and a peak torque of 480 Nm. With this large torque, this car is able to overcome various terrains, from steep climbs to muddy roads.
