BYD Starts Distribution Of Electric Cars, Will Hand Over Units To Consumers At The End Of June

JAKARTA - BYD had become a hot topic of conversation regarding the delivery of units to consumers in Indonesia, which had not been sent even though it had been promised that the delivery would not take long.

It seems that the problem has now found a bright spot, from observations on the official Instagram page @byd_indonesia, it appears that thousands of cars have entered the ship and there is an Indonesian flag.

"It is committed to making the world greener and cleaner, what we have been waiting for will come soon because BYD will be coming to Indonesia soon," wrote BYD's tweet.

VOI contacted BYD regarding the delivery of its electric car unit in Indonesia through the Head of Marketing Communication of PT BYD Motor Indonesia Luther Panjaitan.

"That's right, we are currently in the process of delivery, several units have left for the branch first for preparation," he said when contacted by VOI, Saturday, June 22.

The man who is familiarly called Luther said that currently there are 1,500 BYD cars that are indeed delivered or for the first batch. He also ensured that all existing models, ranging from BYD Dolphin, Atto 3 and Seal.

"All models exist for this first batch, at the end of June we do a handover," he added.

He also made sure that there were no issues for production andship, but BYD needed to maintain a good deployment process.

"But we need to maintain the spread and absorption so as not to bottleneck," he said.
