Details Of Mazda EZ-6 Revealed In China, Tempuh Distance Reaches 600 Km

JAKARTA - The successor to Mazda 6, namely EZ-6, has been seen in China and is rumored to be being sold in the local market (China), which was developed with Changan.

Quoting from the Carnewschina page, Wednesday, May 15, based on information from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), there are three versions of Mazda EZ-6, two of which are full-electric aka BEV and the other is an EREV version.

In more detail, this car has a dimensions of length of 4,921 mm, a width of 1,890 mm, and a height of 1,485 mm. At first glance, the design adopted the Madza-style philosophy of 'Soul of Motion', looking dynamic with decoration grains on the front culles making it look elegant for the EREV version and for pure electricity comes with a closed grip like an electric car in general.

Although not much information was obtained, it is reported that this car with a 14.6-inch floating center screen, an LCD instrument panel, and a flat-bed steering wheel. Mazda EZ-6 also has a Sony sound system, and a zero gravity seat for the passengers ahead. Its cockpit is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chips with most functions controlled through screens or voice commands.

In addition, behind the stunning design, the electric variant of this car is claimed to have a range of up to 600 km, and the long-distance version can cover a distance of more than 1,000 km. This is an extraordinary figure, which can provide peace for each user.

This electric variant of the car offers two battery packages, namely 58.9 kWh and 66.8 kWh. The first package moves the electric motor placed on the back to produce 215 hp and a peak torque of 320 Nm. Meanwhile, the highest option offers an increase in power of up to 255 hp with a torque of 320 Nm.

The three registered Mazda EZ-6 variants have the highest speed of 170 km/h. The weight for the two all-electric versions is 1,855 and 1,962 kg, while the EREV weighs 1,820 or 1,862 kg depending on the configuration. Currently the car is only available with a 19-inch rim.
