Kia Officially Introduces EV6 Facelift For South Korea Market, Here's The Change

JAKARTA - Recently, Kia released the latest EV6 for the South Korean market. This updated crossover gets a number of changes ranging from the front to the inside.

According to the Korean Car Blog alert, Tuesday, May 14, the front features Star Map lighting on the DRL lights, creating a futuristic and charming impression. This design adoption is also applied to the back.

Meanwhile, the GT-Line variant also received a similar touch, but more sporty thanks to the aggressive front and back bumper design and there was a front LED light positioned in the middle.

For the interior, this crossover has a sophisticated 12-inch panoramic curved screen, a new steering wheel, and a redesigned wireless charger pad to prevent mobile phones. Its infotainment system is supported by connectivity of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The South Korean manufacturer also presents advanced leading features at the EV6 facelift, including Lane Keeping Assist 2, Remote Smart Parking Assist 2, Built-In Cam 2, Over-the-Air (OTA), electric steering wheel and telescopic, and 10 airbags.

This crossover is also equipped with a fourth-generation battery with a capacity of 84 kWh which offers up to 494 km of range power in one charge of the Long Range 2WD variant.

Furthermore, charging capabilities are also enhanced which allows EV6 facelifts to charge from 10 to 80 percent in 18 minutes with an ultra-fast charger with a magnitude of 350 kW.

Kia presents this model in four variants, namely Long Range Light, Air, Earth, and GT-Line. The manufacturer sells this model from 55.4 million won to the most expensive 63.15 million won (equivalent to IDR 652.6 million to IDR 743.9 million). The official launch is scheduled to be held next month.
