New Suzuki Swift Is Officially Present At The Indian Market, Consumption Of Fuel Is Only 25.75 Km/lLiter

JAKARTA - The latest-generation Suzuki Swift has launched in India with many changes, from the latest design to the addition of the latest features in it.

"Since its launch in 2005, the Swift brand has become a symbol of excellence in India's automotive landscape. It pioneered dynamics in the premium hatchback segment and won the hearts of millions of customers," said Managing Director & CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Limited Hisashi Takeuchi, on the company's official website, Monday, May 13.

This fourth-generation Hatchback comes with a sporty and dynamic design with manufacturers maintaining its distinctive silhouette, but is equipped with LED lighting on the front.

The car has the potential to attract the attention of young people thanks to the striking Glossy black grip and a 15-inch two-tone rim by leaving the impression of sporty and athletics.

Moving to the cabin, this car has a driver-oriented dashboard with an 8 degree slope that creates alignment between the driver and the car. In addition, the car has a modern flat-bottom steering wheel.

Then, the infotainment system is equipped with a 9-inch Smartplay Pro+, a USB type A & C port for fast charging, rear air conditioner ventilation, and an entry keyless that makes it easier for drivers.

The Suzuki Swift features active and passive safety features include 6-airbags, Electronic Stability Program + (ESP), Hill Hold Assist, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), and Brave Assist.

Unlike before, Swift was recently equipped with the latest Z-series engine which is not only designed for driving pleasure but also for sustainable mobility. The machine has a capacity of 1,197 cc which is claimed to offer low emissions and can pump up to 81.58 ps of power at 5,700 rpm and a peak torque of 111.7 Nm at 4,300 rpm.

In addition, the internal part is equipped with water pump as engine cooling and a Lambda water-flow sensor that can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 12 percent. The manufacturer claims, this system has fuel efficiency of up to 25.75 km/l.

For the Indian market, the latest Suzuki Swift is offered with the colors of Sizzling Red, Pearl Arctic White, Magma Gray, and Splitdid Silver. Not only that, this manufacturer with the 'S' logo also offers three dual-tone color schemes, consisting of Luster Blue with Midnight Black Roof, Sizzling Red with Midnight Black Roof, and Pearl Arctic White with Midnight Black Roof.

This Suzuki Swift is offered at prices ranging from 649,000 rupees (equivalent to Rp124.6 million) to the most expensive, reaching 964,500 rupees (around Rp185.2 million).
