Mercedes-Benz Launches AMG GT 43, High-Steed Luxury Car Irritable Fuel

JAKARTA - Mercedes-Benz and AMG's high-performance division have again expanded the ranks of GT Coupe models by presenting the latest variant, GT 43, as the initial variant of a series of attracting models.

According to GmbH's Mercedes-AMG CEO, Michael Schiebe, the presence of this model is in line with the brand's spirit of "Sporting Performance," with an emphasis on driving pleasure combined with an attractive dynamic design.

"This model is attractive to customers who value design andrcery but do not want to sacrifice the pleasure and dynamics of driving," Scheebe said in an official statement from the company, Wednesday, March 20.

Mercedes-Benz explained that the exterior of GT 43 Coupe features unique details that distinguish it from other AMG variants. The new front apron comes with a large air entry channel, providing a more aggressive display. Meanwhile, a narrower front and rear sepabor design gives the impression of being compact on this car. The rear that is redesigned features a round double exhaust pipe.

This variant is equipped with a 19-inch standard rim, but there is also a choice of wheels measuring 20 inches and 21 inches made of forested materials.

Entering the interior, the driver is greeted with a digital instrument cluster that blends with a 11.9-inch multimedia touch screen, facilitating driver access to various functions including navigation. The intuitive MBUX infotainment system allows users to adjust the cabin settings according to their respective preferences.

The interior of this coupe car is equipped with a sport-style seat that can be arranged electrically or manually, with Nappa leather material. Customers can also choose an AMG high-performance seat as an additional option, which is equipped with an integrated carving design and head support.

In terms of performance, GT 43 is equipped with a 2.0 liter 4-cylinder engine capable of generating 421 dk of power and 500 Nm of torque, combined with 48V mid-hybrid technology and 9G AMG Speedshift MCT transmission.

Mercedes-Benz claims that GT 43 is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h within 4.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of up to 280 km/h, while still offering impressive fuel efficiency of about 10.3 l/100 km.
