JAKARTA - Japan's leading tuning company, DAMD, known for the aesthetic transformation of Suzuki Jimny, is preparing to bring in several interesting models that will make its Tokyo Auto Salon 2024 debut.

Reporting from the Carbuzz page, Friday, December 29, DAMD will introduce an off-road mini version of Suzuki Jimny who appears like a rally racing legend, inspired by Lancia Delta Integrale and Renault 5.

When looking closer at the Lancia Delta-inspired Suzuki Jimny, it can be seen that this car is getting a new front facility that mimics the design of an Italian four-hatched hatback. The yellow fog light is paired on the front, and is equipped with an OZ Racing rim. The design of the back also adopts the typical Delta wing, complete with a bumper that matches the body.

Meanwhile, for Renault 5-inspired Jimny, the entire exterior is painted with a blue color combined with a black element on several parts, equipped with a headlights and a grip that reflects the typical Renault 5 design. The use of OZ Racing rims similar to the previous model gave an iconic touch.

However, it is unfortunate that the DAMD has not made changes to the engine specifications, meaning the car is still carrying standard engines, and will not be officially sold in the United States market.
