Toyota Brings The Latest Land Cruiser 70 With A Special Look At Tokyo Auto Salon 2024

JAKARTA - Tokyo Auto Salon is an annual car exhibition held on January 12-14 at Makuhari Messe, Chiba City, Japan.

As one of the largest car exhibitions in Japan, this exhibition will be enlivened by the big names of Japanese car manufacturers including Toyota.

At the end of last November, Toyota had launched a facelift version of Land Cruiser 70 as a 2024 model for the Japanese market. With a positive interest, the manufacturer intends to showcase it at the upcoming Tokyo Auto Salon event.

Reporting from Carscoops, Thursday, December 28, a new Land Cruiser 70 will be exhibited at the automotive event with a special touch from Toyota Auto Body, as a subsidiary of the world's largest automaker.

This car received the latest special touch wrapped in burlap black paint equipped with off-road accessories. However, the changes presented in this model are more than that.

The manufacturer presented it with a snorkel device that helped it advance in deep waters without worrying the driver. Then, the changes continued to the front bumper that supported the winch and was equipped with a set of chrom touch rearview mirrors.

To accommodate off-road needs, Toyota completes it with a large rooftop rack and installs a clear lens on the front light compared to the orange lens obtained from the factory.

The dashing impression of getting thicker in this car Toyota Auto Body gives black spots with chrome barrels and off-road tires prepared for all terrain. This car will later stand on the 'Toyota Auto Body' stand side by side with the famous J40 Land Cruiser.

Although it will appear in a different form from its standard version, the Land Cruiser 70 is still equipped with a 2.8 liter turbodiesel 4-cylinder engine that can generate 201 dk of power and a 500 Nm torque connected with an automatic transmission of six accelerations.
