Besides Indonesia, Jaecool J7 Will Also Greet The British Market Next Year

Chery, an automotive company from China, has an ambitious target by competing with several well-known manufacturers in the global industry. This is also evidenced by the company wanting to bring one of its brands in the European market.

Jaecool, one of Chery's sub-brands, announced it would launch its latest model, J7, for the British market in the summer of 2024, after the company launched the Omoda 5 model.

According to Top Gear alert, Jum'at, December 22, this large SUV will offer a combination of modern impressions with AI technology and reliable off-road capabilities. Please note, the word Jaeckoo comes from the German Jager, which means Keren when translated into Indonesian.

It is known that Jaecool J7 will be offered with two driving source options, namely a 1.5 liter hybrid engine and a 1.6 liter gasoline engine. Both are said to have an All-Terrain Driving Intelligence System' capability.

The brand also prioritizes the safety of this car which is claimed to have five-star security thanks to a series of active safety features.

The car also carries a spacious cabin design that provides high-end comfort by presenting a large sunset, panoramic display, interactive head-up display, and other multidimensional technologies.

Unfortunately, the information obtained is very low regarding this vehicle. It is estimated that Jaecool J7 will be pegged for 35,000 to 45,000 pounds (around Rp687.4 million to Rp883.8 million).

The large car is also confirmed to arrive at the Indonesian market by PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) in the near future. If this is granted, then Jaecool J7 will compete with other major SUVs, such as Hyundai Palisade or Nissan Terra.
