Jaecool J7 Launches In Malaysia Next Year As A Separate Entity From Chery

JAKARTA - The Jaecoo SUV is expected to launch next year for the Malaysian market, after several times being seen undergoing testing.

Quoted from the Paultan page, Tuesday, December 19, Jaecool in Malaysia will be introduced as an independent entity with a separate line of products from Chery.

In fact, Jaecool Malaysia also has its own slogan, namely From Classic, Beyond Classic, which he says is perfectly realized by J7 which is indeed the first model to attend.

On this occasion the company also provided details about the SUV, which will be equipped with the All Road Driver Intelligent System (ARDIS), high-power steel construction, energy-absorbing body structure, and advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).

Not only that, all J7 models will be equipped with 7 nm architecture-based Qualcomm 8155 chips, this will be used to power a car infotainment system capable of processing 20 orders in just 30 seconds.

Meanwhile, the cabin will have a touch screen of 14.8 inches, a digital instrument cluster of 10.25 inches, and a head-up display. Making this one vehicle offer a luxurious impression.

The company announced earlier this month that the first two J7 units with the right-handed version had arrived in Malaysia for highway testing and previews with potential dealers. There are still not many details disclosed, but it is hoped that more information will be provided ahead of its launch.

Speaking of the Indonesian market, this one model is also expected to come next year, and has even been seen several times being tested on the road. Don't know whether it is under the auspices of PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI), or is it the same as the Malaysian market.
