JAKARTA - Great Wall Motor is rumored to be releasing a new SUV from theHaval brand, Veyron, which will be released next year. Images of the SUV patent leaked to the Chinese market.

Quoted from the Carscoops page, Wednesday, November 29, it is estimated that the price of the SUV ranges from 200,000 yuan or around Rp435 million, and will use the hybrid plug-in Hi4 platform.

Later the SUV will compete with Li 7 and L8 from Li Auto, Huawei Aito M7, and BYD Tang, which are indeed several well-known models in China.

As is known, Haval is a brand under Great Wall Motor (GWM), one of the largest private car manufacturers in China, its specialty is the crossover and SUV. Meanwhile in Europe, GWM is famous for its EV brand ORA, which sells the compact electric hatchback ORArany Cat.

Like most Chinese automakers, GWM also has several sub-brands, such as Wey, a Tank focused on premium SUVs, and SAR that focuses on SUVs.

However, the SAR sub-brand was discontinued following a strategic change following the resignation of CEO Wang Fengying, who resigned and became President of Xpeng, and SAR will enter under the auspices of Haval.
