JAKARTA - One of the 2017 Ferrari F12tdfs that is stunning and has extraordinary performance is now being auctioned on the online platform Bring a Trailer. This rare car is one of only 799 models ever produced.

The F12tdf was introduced in 2015 as a tribute to the Tour de France race, an endurance race that ran from 1899 to 1986. And between 1956 and 1964, the Ferrari 250 achieved several historic wins, and this car was designed to immortalize those glories.

With a charming exterior style, combining fiery Rosso F1 colors with elegant touches of Grigio Silverstone and Nero Stellato accents. Meanwhile, the hood, trunk lid and door panels are made from lightweight carbon fiber, while the bi-xenon headlamps, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields and titanium exhaust add a striking touch.

The Ferrari F12tdf is claimed to be able to combine power and luxury in one package. It was originally acquired by the current owner from Ferrari of Houston, Texas, for a then-new price of $673,267.

Featuring a powerful 6.3 liter F140 V12 engine, combined with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and electronic limited differential, this car is capable of producing 769 hp, offering an increase of 39 hp over the standard version.

According to information from Bring a Trailer, reported Monday, October 23, the F12tdf was designed at the Ferrari Styling Center in collaboration with Pininfarina, with a light aluminum frame, prioritizing agility and speed with a weight reduction of around 111 kg from the standard version.

Not only that, this car is also equipped with a number of premium components, including light 20 inch rims coated in silver and combined with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires measuring 275/35 at the front and 315/35 at the rear, a carbon brake system- ceramics, a liftable suspension system, and a four-wheel steering system.

Meanwhile, the car's cabin is covered in luxurious Nero leather and Alcantara, complete with dual-zone climate control, an exclusive JBL Professional audio system and a navigation system that ensures a comfortable and exciting driving experience.

Also included in this sale are a number of accessories, including comprehensive service records and a clean Carfax report, confirming that this car has been very well looked after.

When this news was written, the highest bid for this car had reached 950,000 US dollars (around Rp. 15.1 billion). Interestingly, in 2022, former racer and F1 champion, Kimi Raikkonen, also sold his Ferrari F12tdf for 2.7 million US dollars or around Rp. 43 billion.
