JAKARTA - Morris Garages (MG) Indonesia officially launched a new color for the 4EV electric car model called Volcano Orange, which was previously present exclusively for the European market.

Arief Syarifudin Marketing and PR Director of MG Motor Indonesia, said that bringing new colors not only adds to the portfolio, but also commitments to pursuing perfection in every aspect.

"Furthermore, the MG 4 EV in Volcano Orange is a representation of the combination of art and technology," said Arief, in an official statement received by VOI, Thursday, October 12.

There is a combination that is presented, namely Avant-garde and functionality, the British brand claims that the color of Volcano Orange they present not only represents courage, but also the sophistication of design.

He further said that the color choice of Volcano Orange was also based on a survey conducted by the MG team to a number of MG customers with an age range of 25-35 years. Many hope that there will be a bright color choice.

"We listen to every input from customers, including their desire for Volcano Orange to be present in Indonesia. Volcano Orange is not just a color because MG's decision to present this color in Indonesia shows the importance of the Indonesian market for MG, in line with its original market in England," he added.

The presence of MG 4 EV Volcano Orange has completed other color choices that have been available in Indonesia, namely Brighton Blue, Arctic White, Black Night, Metal Ash Gray, and Scarlet Red.

However, until now the colors of Brighton Blue, Scarlet Red, and Metal Ash Gray have become the most popular variants in Indonesia with the total bookings recorded reaching 70 percent of total sales.

The choice of a dynamic and stylish MG 4 EV color, said Arief, is believed to be the main reason why cars that support the development of this environmentally friendly mobility ecosystem are the main choices of the younger generation in Indonesia.
