JAKARTA - PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID), a distributor of Hyundai vehicles for Indonesia, has confirmed that Stargazer X will be officially introduced at the 2023 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) as one of the newest products from Hyundai.
President Director of PT HMID, Woojune Cha, confidently stated that Stargazer X will have a similar look to the SUV.
"In the near future, we will introduce a new option, Stargazer X, which offers an SUV-like performance," Cha told the media crew at SCBD, Jakarta, on Monday, July 17.
This confirmation is also supported by the Head of the Marketing Department of PT HMID, Astrid Ariani Wijana, who confirmed that the variant is still waiting for further models.
"At GIIAS, we are trying to provide a lot of experience for consumers, not just to look at products, because for us GIIAS is not just a selling event, but also an opportunity to provide education about Hyundai," Astrid added.
During GIIAS 2023, Hyundai will not only offer its products, but also provide a comprehensive experience to customers at its booth.
"We provide enough space as a game location for consumers to gain various insights," Astrid said.
Stargazer X has been eagerly awaited by consumers and automotive enthusiasts in Indonesia because it is the first crossover of the model and will compete with Suzuki XL7 and Toyota Veloz.
Various photos showing Stargazer X being caught on camera while being tested have circulated. In the photos, the rims used are very different from other variants, and there are additional bodies covered with black camouflage blankets on the front and back.
Consumers who are curious about Stargazer X are invited to visit the 30th GIIAS 2023 which will take place at ICE BSD, Tangerang, on August 10-20.
