Kia Picanto 2024 Image Leaked, Similar To The Hatchback Version Of Kia EV9

JAKARTA - In the near future, Kia will release a facelift version of Picanto. However, the photo of the hatchback has leaked to the timeline.

Photo of Picanto facelift uploaded in the AutoSpy forum, it can be seen that the latest Kia Picanto has a small and compact size. However, there are several other differences compared to the previous version.

Quoted from Drive, Monday, June 5, this latest Kia Picanto has the latest manufacturer-type design, namely "Tiger Nose Grille" with a top grip that connects with the lights and bottom grip on the bumper which makes it resemble an EV9 SUV.

The latest Picanto also adopted the same four-stop as EV9. Meanwhile, on the back there is a new rear light that is now connected to the back door with LED lights.

Although the image from Kia Picanto has been leaked, it is still uncertain whether the mini hatchback will carry the ICE or EV engine. What's more, this car is intended for the European market which is starting to enforce strict emission rules.

This is the second facelift for Picanto's model since its launch in 2017, and was awarded its first facelift in 2020. Kia presents a facelift version to extend its life after mid-decade.

Kia Picanto 2024 will launch this month. For the Australian region, Picanto facelift will be present at the end of 2023.

Although there is no information regarding the price of the hatchback, Kia Picanto is currently sold below 20,000 US dollars as a city car or the range below IDR 297 million.
