This Is The Excitement Of The Joyfest Event Held By BMW Astra In Sentul

JAKARTA - BMW Astra again presents the 2023 edition of the Joyfest BMW Astra Driving Experience which provides new experiences in driving to consumers and BMW lovers who take place at the Sentul circuit, West Java.

"At this event we provide opportunities and facilities for BMW owners who want to run their entire car on the circuit track," said BMW Astra Chief Executive Sanfrantis Tanu in his official statement, Sunday, May 21.

At this event, the VOI team got the opportunity to participate in a series of events from BMW Astra which took place on Saturday, May 20. The event was attended by several loyal users and BMW car lovers.

The event started with a photo session together on the Sentul circuit starting line. Then, it was followed by directions on driving safety led by Gerry Nasution, as the BMW Certified Driver Trainer who is also the BMW Team Astra racer.

Gerry told participants that driving safely is a priority to drive safely and comfortably.

"It is important to understand that there are several things that must be considered, for example from the driving position where try to be comfortable, such as body support as much as possible, the position of the feet and hands are good," Gerry told participants during the event.

After a briefing session from Gerry Nasution, participants had the opportunity to experience the driving session at Sentul which was divided into several sessions. In this session, several riders from BMW Team Astra will host.

In this event, BMW Astra also presented a new program that had never been held at Joyfest before, namely X-Road. The program is specifically for the "X" SUV model car to be tested on the off-road arena where BMW users or lovers can feel the performance of this flagship SUV. BMW also presents the latest model, iX which is advanced to the land track.

In addition, there are several interesting programs offered by BMW Astra, namely "Taxi Ride" where participants can feel the sensation of a live racing car that will be driven by the BMW Team Astra racer.
