Now the hijackers are starting to take advantage of advances in information technology by downloading films into a site. The site can later be accessed by everyone. The hijackers can get money from advertisements available on the site.

The government does not remain silent. The owner of power often blocks so that illegal film sites cannot be accessed, then the perpetrators can be caught. The pirated film site even reaches hundreds. The problem is not an easy matter to catch hijackers.

This phenomenon invites many people to talk about the causes and steps to prevent piracy. Jusuf Kalla (JK) also spoke up, he revealed that the main reason for the outbreak of piracy was the high price of cinema tickets.

This condition presents a new market, a pirated film market. Watching to the cinema can spend money from IDR 30 thousand to IDR 50 thousand. Poor people will not be able to access it. Not to mention that not all regions in Indonesia have cinemas.

"Monton di bioskop itu mahal, maka banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang memilih membeli bajakan. Masih banyak pekerja yang penghalanya mungkin Rp50,000 per hari. Tidak mungkin mereka bisa menonton di bioskop, jadi mereka membeli film balikan yang Rp7,000 saja.
