JAKARTA - The host of Who Wants to be a Millionaire United States, Regis Philbin has passed away. Philbin died last Friday, July 24, a month before he turned 89 years old.
"Family and friends are grateful to be able to spend time with him, for his warmth, legendary sense of humor, and ability to make everyday life interesting to talk about," wrote the family as quoted by Antara, Monday.
"We thank fans and supporters for their support during his 60 year career and we ask for privacy during the mourning."
