Ji Chang Wook Cannot Refuse Kim Yoo Jung's Charm In The Backstreet Rookie Teaser Video

JAKARTA - The latest SBS drama, Backstreet Rookie, has released a new, entertaining teaser video.

Based on the hit webtoon, Backstreet Rookie is a romantic comedy about an unexpected love story between shop owner Choi Dae Hyun (Ji Chang Wook) and part-time employee Jung Saet Byul (Kim Yoo Jung).

The newly released teaser video starts off by introducing the main cast in a funny way. Jung Saet Byul is completely wild 200 percent. He proved himself to be a person who is not afraid to fight.

He swore at some naughty high school students before running towards them with a sharp look in his eyes. As he continues the action by beating several people in a fight, the tough part-time employee tells Choi Dae Hyun in voiceover:

"For you, the department store is your life and the source of your family's income, but I have nothing to do with and nothing to fear."

Meanwhile, the chatty Choi Dae Hyun tells Jung Saet Byul; "I don't feel our personalities go together." Although he continues to appear frustrated by Jung Saet Byul's antics, such as when he tries to speak to her in informal (banmal) language, he ends up seemingly unable to contain his charm.

The teaser video ends with a tense scene where Jung Saet Byul leans in for a kiss as Choi Dae Hyun looks at him in surprise.
