Vin Diesel Is Interested In Working On 'The Fast & Furious Musical'

JAKARTA - The Fast & Furious franchise is coming to an end. This has been confirmed by the production house for a long time. However, actor Vin Diesel seemed enthusiastic about the continuation of the franchise. While being a guest on the Kelly Clarkson Show last week, Diesel was asked if he wanted to do a musical version of Fast & Furious.

Vin Diesel responded positively. “I really wanted to make a musical so yes, I would!”

He explained that wanting to join in a musical project had been in mind for a long time. Diesel also leaked almost playing in the film Guys and Dolls directed by Steven Spielberg but he didn't.

"For a long time, I thought Nathan Detroit's role in Guys and Dolls was very interesting to change, the role Frank Sinatra played in Guys and Dolls".

Vin Diesel also made his debut as a singer. In 2020, he released his first song titled Feel Like I Do.

“I promised to release music. I hope to make you proud", he said on Instagram.

Vin Diesel is also busy with the promotion of the film F9, which is also played by John Cena, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Charlize Theron, Ludacris, and others. The screening of this film was delayed for a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
