According to him, cooperation with White Horse was chosen because its service network was able to connect residents to various destinations through one transit point. Grogol was chosen as a stop location because it has connectivity with various modes of transportation, ranging from commuter trains, TransJakarta, to intercity bus terminals.

The existence of the transit point also makes it easier for people who want to continue their journey to various cities such as Bandung, Yogyakarta, Solo, Malang, Surabaya, and a number of other areas through the DayTrans network.

On the other hand, urban observer Yayat Supriatna assessed that accessibility is one of the main factors that determine the development of an area.

"The value of an area will increase when the infrastructure is good, the access roads are easy, the environment is well-organized, and the mobility of the community becomes more efficient," explained Yayat.

He added that people are now paying more attention to the quality of life when choosing a place to live. In addition to a comfortable environment, ease of access to office areas, educational facilities, health services, and airports are becoming increasingly important considerations.

This condition shows that the concept of modern housing is now developing into an area that is able to support various needs of its residents.

Road infrastructure, toll access, supporting transportation, green open spaces, bicycle lanes, and public facilities are complementary elements to create a better quality of life.
