"Shotaro recently suffered an injury while performing at a foreign event. After examination at the hospital, he was diagnosed with a tear in the ankle ligament," SM Entertainment said on Friday, May 8.
"He is undergoing rehabilitation with a cast and receiving regular check-ups," he said.
