Sampai Titik Terakhirmu menceritakan Sheila (Mawar de Jongh) yang aktif sebagai pemain bola tidak sengaja bertemu dengan Arbi (Arbani Yasiz) dalam sebuah insiden.

From this incident, Sheila and Arbi became acquainted. Arbi began to be attracted to Sheila, who turned out to be a figure she had admired for a long time. Their relationship eventually continues to be dating.

Sheila is active as an athlete, while Arbi works as one of the program's staff. This busyness does not prevent them from supporting each other.

One day, Sheila begins to have stomach pain and finds a tumor in her body. Then, the tumor turns into ovarian cancer that threatens her womb to be removed.

Arbi continued to accompany Sheila through her new days, but it was not easy because Sheila wanted to break up. Sheila felt that she could not be Arbi's companion because she felt Sheila was a hassle.

On the other hand, Sheila's family life was also hit by challenges. Their parents are trying to make a living to finance Sheila's surgery.
