Mawar De Jongh's Struggle 3 Hours Bald For The Film 'Until Your Last Point'

JAKARTA - Mawar de Jongh tells the process of appearing bald in his latest film, Until Your Last Point. This film tells a love story between Albi and Sheila which goes through various challenges and is adapted from true stories.

Mawar plays Sheila, a woman who has a dream but has to stop when she finds out she is diagnosed with cancer. In this film, she is required to appear bald because she adapts to the original cast.

"Behind the different appearances in this film, the first feeling is when you know you have to be bald in this film, it must be a new challenge, because I know there will be a long process behind it," said Mawar de Jongh at a press conference in South Jakarta on Tuesday, November 4.

"When we were shooting, we were about three hours in the process of bald makeup, and there were several attempts to find out how it would make the shape look the best," he said.

When she first saw the appearance of bald makeup, Mawar was surprised but she imagined that this look was not something she had ever done.

At first, when I saw that I was bald, I honestly felt like I felt, "Wow, this is how it feels if, for example, one day my hair is lost and I don't know if I can return it again or not," and that feels really sad. But, I think it's a secret behind the makeup," said Mawar again.

"I learned a lot from all the amazing friends who took part in this project and also Albi's story and also the late Sheila. I have to lose weight, and I also have to practice futsal with my friends, my friends and also we have to talk to the doctor to find out the details we need to know for the scene," he explained again.

Apart from Mawar de Jongh, this film is also played by Arbani Yasiz, Yasamin Jasem, Shakeel, Kiki Narendra, Unique Priscilla, Tika Panggabean, and others.
