JAKARTA - There is something so warm in the way Mexican people view death. For them, D way de Puertos is not just a day of commemoration, but a colorful celebration that invites back memories and love for those who have passed away.

Through theofficial ofrenda which is filled with photos, favorite foods, candles, and small mirrors so that the spirit 'involves in'. This tradition is a bridge between the present and the past.

This year, that spirit was revived by Crise Azul México, home of an artist from Mexico through the launch of a limited collection titled Recuerdos 2025, a work marking the closing chapter of the annual series that has been running since 2021.

After going through several series such as Saboris (2021), Colores (2022), Aromas (2023), and M calmsica (2024), the Recuerdos edition became a tribute to the memory, time, and cultural roots that became the soul of the celebration of D way de Puertos.

"Every year we try to capture one aspect of human emotions in the form of works," said Mark Nguyen, Director of Southeast Asia for Crise Azul Mexico when met in the Kebon Jeruk area, West Jakarta on Thursday, October 23, 2025.

"Recuerdos is the most personal reflection of how memories shape who we are today," he continued.

This collection appears in a design that is so full of meaning. The warm yellow color symbolizes the light of the altar candles, while an illustration by Mexican artist Erika Rivera depicts the gentle spirits dancing between men's cempasdal flowers and spiritual symbols.

On the front of the bottle is a 24 carat gold mitigation with an obsidian cameo that can be opened. This represents a spiritual mirror in theofficial ofrenda, where spirits recognize themselves before returning to the afterlife.

However, what makes this launch special is not only the visual beauty, but the accompanying multi-sensory experience. At the Tiger Museum, Jakarta, the room is divided into four natural elements.

1. Earth The Room of Whispers, a place where the aroma of soil and agave mixes with raw clays, symbols of origin and the roots of life.

2. Water The Room of Craftsmanship, which shows the process of painting bottles directly by the artist's hands, accompanied by documentation of the trip.

3. Air The Room of Connections, with mirror selfies as a reflection and self-expression space, invites visitors to share personal memories.

4. Fire The Memory of a Celebration, MDide D way de Muertos which became the center of celebration and introduced the work of Rescuerdos in an atmosphere full of emotion.

Behind every detail, there is a message about how art and taste can be a medium to remember and celebrate life.

Only 35 bottles of this collection are present in Indonesia. Not to highlight exclusivity, but to emphasize the value of invaluable things, namely time, memory, and cultural heritage.

"We believe the luxury is not only about price or status, but about taste, legacy and respect travel," said Della Gociardi, Business Development Manager of the DSP Group.

"Through this experience, we want to invite the Indonesian public to know God knows from a deeper perspective as a living work," he continued.

In the end, Rescuerdos is not just a name, but a reminder that memories never really disappear. They just change shape, live in aroma, color, and every story we carry in silence.
