Nikita Mirzani Sindir Prosecutor At The Duplik Session: If You Want To Be An Artist, Learn The Right First

JAKARTA Nikita Mirzani fought fiercely when reading the duplicate or answer to the prosecutor's replica in the trial of the alleged extortion and money laundering (TPPU) case that ensnared him.

In a trial held at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, October 23, Nikita responded to accusations by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) who called himself acting and making a fictitious narrative during the trial process.

"The public prosecutor in his replica said I was acting by conveying a fictitious narrative," said Nikita.

However, Nikita did not remain silent. He again accused the prosecutor of wanting to act and make dramas in the courtroom.

"That those who like to act, make dramas, and like to build a fictitious narrative in this trial are prosecutors," he continued.

He based this statement on the prosecutor's conclusion regarding the conference call between him, Mail, and dr. Oky Pratama, who was referred to as the moment of the agreement to carry out extortion.

Nikita challenged the prosecutor to prove the content of the conversation, because according to a digital forensic expert, the call data could not be extracted.

"Does the public prosecutor want to be an artist too? If you want to be an artist, study what's right first so as not to include manipulative facts," Nikita quipped.

"Thus, it is proven that those who carry out acting and drama by conveying fictitious narratives in this trial are the public prosecutor," he added.

It did not stop there, Nikita also accused the prosecutor of no longer using the legal basis, but rather a supernatural shaman because he was able to conclude the contents of a three-way telephone conversation without evidence of recording or supporting data.

"That apart from being a public prosecutor, the prosecutor has also not used legal knowledge in handling my case, but the prosecutor uses supernatural shaman science," he said.

"Because they can conclude that the three of them have made an agreement to threaten and extort, even though in this trial there has never been evidence or facts about it," he continued.

Nikita then challenged the prosecutor to show concrete evidence that became the basis of this conclusion. He emphasized that only three parties knew the contents of the conversation apart from God.

"The content of the conversation was only me, Doctor Oky Pratama, Ismail Marzuki, and God knows," said Nikita Mirzani.
