Kim Kardashian And Mrs. Sue Ex-Girlfriend For Defamation

JAKARTA - Having been in a feud for a long time, Kim Kardashian has returned to conflict with her ex-lover, Ray J. Together with her mother Kris Jenner, they sued Ray J on Wednesday, October 1.

Alex Spiro's lawyer, who represented both, sued the 44-year-old celebrity for defamation.

"Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian never brought cases of pollution or they felt disturbed by the noise but this false news left them with no choice (besides suing)," Alex Spiro quoted People as saying.

In their report, they claim Ray J defamed when speaking in a TMZ documentary entitled United States vs Sean Combs.

"If you tell me Kardashian was arrested for extortion, I might believe it," Ray J said.

It didn't stop there, in a live broadcast on September 24, Ray J admitted that he lost a lot of Instagram followers because of Kim Kardashian's influence. Alex Spiro suspects Ray J has not been able to move on from Kim Kardashian.

"Unable to accept the end of his relationship with Kim more than 20 years ago, Ray J continues to link himself to personal gain," said Alex Spiro.

"Ray J's statement about a criminal case (Kim) without evidence can explain that there is no extortion and so on," he said.

"His dependence on his own baseless statements, even though he has no credible facts or sources for these inciting accusations, shows his fundamental indifference to truth and intentional intent to undermine the reputation of the Plaintiff," said Alex Spiro.

Ray J and Kim Kardashian dated in the early 2000s and broke up in 2005. Two years later, sex videos when they were dating were revealed to the public.

In 2013, Ray J satirized Kim Kardashian by making a music video and recruiting a model similar to Kim.
