Attorney For Disbursing The Contents Of Pleidoi Vadel Badjideh, Calls Denies Allegations Of Immoral Acts

JAKARTA - Vadel Badjideh's attorney, Oya Abdul Malik, revealed a little about the contents of the plea, aka a memorandum of defense from his party in the trial of the alleged immoral act against Nikita Mirzani's daughter, Laura Meizani.

Oya said that Vadel expressed regret and denial regarding the accusations thrown at him for this immoral case.

"Yes, maybe there are regrets, there is sadness because his family was blasphemed for what he did, but he also said that not all the accusations he made were in accordance with the facts of his trial. That's why he asked to see the facts of the trial," said Oya Abdul Malik at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, September 8.

In addition to rebuttals, Vadel also admitted that he was sincere with all the punishments that would later be given to him as long as what was given in accordance with his actions.

"Only the outline is that he sincerely accepts whatever the decision is, as long as the decision is God is good. As long as the decision is decided on what he does, but he doesn't want to take what he doesn't do. So if that happens, he will sue in the hereafter," continued Oya Abdul Malik.

Unexpectedly, the plea from Vadel Badjideh made the Public Prosecutor (JPU) file a replica alias an answer from the prosecutor for the defendant's defense.

"I don't know. Today Vadel and I read the plea, it's an extraordinary relief. So that makes the public prosecutor interested in answering. At first I thought the prosecutor would stick with his demands, it turned out that he didn't, he wanted to replica," said Oya Abdul Malik.

Until now, Oya still feels that the demands for 12 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 1 billion imposed on her client still feel unfair. However, Oya and Vadel tried to accept gracefully.

"Yes, if you ask whether it's fair or not, I will answer it's not fair. But yes, it's fine, go ahead. I've already said it, go ahead and want to demand the highest, as long as it can be accounted for in the hereafter," he concluded.
