Demo In Several Regions, This Is A List Of Countries That Release Travel Warning To Indonesia

The demonstration that has occurred in a number of parts of Indonesia in recent days has affected a number of countries that issued travel warnings to their citizens to Indonesia.

One of them is Australia. Quoting from the official Australian Tourism website, Smart Traveler, the country officially sets level 2 for Indonesia and asks its citizens to be careful when traveling to Indonesia.

"Large protests with the potential to increase to violence and property damage occur in big cities in Indonesia, including Denpasar, Bali, which causes disruption and has an impact on the movement of local traffic," the Australian statement was quoted as saying on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

"Avoid protests and demonstrations, and monitor local media for the latest updates," he added.

Apart from Australia, the United States Embassy in Indonesia also appealed to its citizens in Indonesia. They reported several points prone to demonstrations, one of which was Central Jakarta, and asked residents to be careful in tourist areas.

"Residents are asked to remain vigilant at tourist sites and register with the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) to obtain emergency information," the United States Embassy statement was quoted as saying on Instagram @usembassyjkt.

Not only Australia and the United States, several other countries also appealed to their citizens regarding travel to Indonesia because of the ongoing demonstrations. The list of these countries is as follows:
