Management also emphasized that the condition of Atrium Senen Mall is currently safe and under control. The video circulating is certainly not happening at their location.
"We urge the public not to easily believe and not to participate in disseminating information that has no clear source," the official statement continued.
However, the mall decided to temporarily close operations as an anticipatory measure in the midst of the ongoing demonstration situation at several points in Jakarta.
"We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your concern," said management.
