Conveying Polygamy Of Ustaz Jefri Al Buchori, Umi Pipik: That's Why I Was Sick

JAKARTA - The wife of the late Ustaz Jefri Al Buchori, aka Uje, Umi Pipik Dian Irawati, revealed that her husband had practiced polygamy.

This was revealed in an interview uploaded via Venna Melinda YouTube channel. She admitted that he was once polygamous when she was battling a serious illness. The secret was even kept tightly until Uje died.

During her marriage with Uje, Umi Pipik closed the meeting on this matter, including her family. She only talked to her extended family about one year after Uje passed away.

"Even my extended family, when I apologize, Uje's polygamy and all stuffs, maybe a year after I told the story when he died," said Umi Pipik as reported by Paragram, Sunday, May 9.

"That's why when I was sick, Abidzar was surprised that those who know never told the story," she continued.

This news clearly shocked everyone close. However, it turns out that Umi Pipik also has her own reasons why she doesn't want to tell this to others. She just doesn't want to show people unhappy things.

"And they were surprised, how come you never told me, because what I did, we did it, not other people," said Umi Pipik Dian Irawati. "Yes, as much as possible, just as happy as possible," said the widow of Ustaz Jefri Al Buchori, aka Uje.
