Andre Taulany Rejects Crude Wife Who Brings Child To Witness Divorce

Presenter and comedian Andre Taulany was again present at the divorce trial with his wife, Rien Wartia Trigina or Erin Taulany which was held at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, today, Monday, August 4.

He openly refused to involve his children as witnesses in the trial, although he hinted that his wife, who wanted it.

Andre clearly expressed his refusal to bring children into the vortex of their domestic problems in court.

"No, my children refuse (to be witnesses). They cannot participate in this issue (dividing trial)," said Andre Taulany as quoted by VOI from the Cumicumi YouTube Instagram, Monday, August 4.

He reiterated that his children would not be witnesses in this case.

"No, it doesn't (the children are witnesses)," explained Andre Taulany.

Furthermore, Andre revealed that the idea to bring children as witnesses came from the opposite side. For him, involving children in this process is something that should not be done.

"It's not allowed, the children are brought. The side ( Erin Taulany's side brought)," said Andre.

Despite being faced with a complicated situation in the courtroom, Andre ensures that he has the full support of his children in going through this process.

"Full support, my children fully support," he concluded.

The spokesman for the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Mohamad Sholahudi, explained that children, especially minors, were not allowed to be witnesses at the trial of their parents' divorce.

"We heard from the assembly that it was only submitted to witnesses but based on the rules of the fall, yes, this is not allowed for children, except for relatives who are aunts or above except for children to take sides," said Mohamad Sholahudi.
