Agency Response After I.O.I Called Reunion To Celebrate 10 Years Of Debut

JAKARTA - IOI is rumored to have plans to celebrate its 10th anniversary by releasing a new song. Although this group has disbanded since 2017, its members have consistently celebrated the group's debut.

Thursday, May 15, Sports DongA reported that the IOI group member plans to release a new song. However, the procedure is long because the members join different agencies.

Previously, they held live broadcasts to celebrate their 5 debut year in 2021.

IOI is a project group from the Produce 101 event in 2016. They promoted for a year before the trainees joined their respective agencies.

I.O.I consists of Jeon Somi, Kim Sejeong, Choi Yoojung, Chungha, Kyulkyung, Kim So Hye, Jung Chaeyeon, Kim Doyeon, Kang Mina, Lim Nayoung, and Yoo Yeonjung.

Some of them also briefly joined a new group before ending contracts such as Kim Sejeong and Kang Mina with Gugudan, Choi Yoojung and Kim Doyeon with Weki Meki, Jung Chaeyeon with DIA, Kyulkyung and Lim Nayoung with Pristin, and Yoo Yeonjung with WJSN.

Currently, they are actively promoting solo. In addition, the members are also active as actors such as Kim Sejeong, Kyulkyung, Kim So Hye, Jung Chaeyeon.
