Angel Lelga's House Disatroni Maling, the Perpetrator Turns Out to be ART Himself Who Has Now Been Detained

JAKARTA - Less pleasant news comes from the artist Angel Lelga. His house, located in the Ciganjur area, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, has just been robbed by thieves.

However, surprisingly, the perpetrator of the theft was the person in the alias Assistant Housewife (ART) himself with the initials EW. The head of the Jagakarsa Police, Kompol Nurma Dewi, confirmed that his party had secured the perpetrator.

"For now, one woman with the initials EW has been detained, so the suspect in Jagakarsa is of course," said Nurma Dewi when confirmed by reporters, Wednesday, June 24.

This incident began when Angel Lelga's personal belongings began to disappear from their place.

"So according to the witness, that is, the one who reported was FG, yes. So he was from the victim who saw that there were no items in his house. Well, that's what was suspicious," explained Nurma.

The victim then asked EW directly about it. Unexpectedly, the perpetrator immediately confessed.

"He asked his ART, namely the initials EW. Well, then he immediately admitted that for the time being he was the one who took or used, yes, from AE's belongings," he added.

Police moved quickly after receiving the report through the emergency service.

"At that time, Thursday, June 18, 2024, at 4 am, we received a call from 110. Then from the picket, the pawas approached the residence from AE," said Nurma.

At the location, the police again confirmed the statement from Angel Lelga regarding the loss of personal belongings.

"He continued to tell what happened, namely that there were missing items, especially his personal belongings," he said.

After conducting an intensive examination and collecting evidence, the status of EW was raised to a suspect.

"We have asked for the statements, then after we get the evidence, then other witnesses who saw it, finally we have named the suspect," said Nurma.

Regarding the total loss, the police said that the Angel Lelga party was still doing a detailed calculation.

"The total loss is still being totaled by AE. For the time being, we have secured the evidence to become our evidence," he said.

Until now, investigators are still investigating whether there is involvement of other parties in the theft at the house of Rhoma Irama's ex-wife.

"Well, that's what we have to find and dig, yes, we'll investigate. We're looking for CCTV, which we'll develop later," said Nurma.

In the near future, the police will officially summon Angel Lelga to complete the case file.

"Oh, of course, from AE we have to call soon because this is what his belongings are and anything that has not yet been found. So we have to call officially," he concluded.
