JAKARTA - Actor and Deputy Governor of Jakarta, Rano Karno, was seen present at Medistra Hospital, where singer Titiek Puspa breathed his last.

At this moment, Rano Karno tried to remember the figure of Titiek Puspa who was involved in a film with him, Rio My son in 1973.

"I have known him since I was a child. At that time I played the film title Rio My son, he became a grandmother, I know him who doesn't know him," said Rano Karno at Medistra Hospital, South Jakarta, Thursday, April 10.

He conveyed that the film was very impressed for him because he made little Rano Karno the best child player.

"I've played the film titled Rio My Son, I'm his grandson (Titiek Puspa). Because my mother is Lenny Marlina. Why am I impressed by the film? The film made me the best child or children's players trapped in Asia in the 70s," he said.

For Rano himself, the figure of Titiek Puspa is an extraordinary singer and songwriter. He even said that Grandmother Titiek Puspa, his nickname, memorized more when talking about music than people.

One thing that will be remembered by Rano Karno is the sound of Titiek Puspa's laughter which according to him has a characteristic.

"But it's true that Mama Titiek is a cheerful person. It's very humble for people to laugh very quickly. He's laughing very uniquely. If he's laughing, he's already netting," he said.

At the end of his sentence, Rano Karno conveyed his best prayer for the figure of Titiek Puspa as an Indonesian singer legend.

"What is certain is that we all lose but we have to be sincere. The business is, 80 years or even more. The best for him is I hope he is khusnul khotimah," he concluded.
