JAKARTA - The Indonesian production house Meaning Karya Pictures (IM Pictures) released a teaser trailer and poster for their horror film titled Muslihat.
Set in an old orphanage in a village in the middle of the forest, Muslihat is a horror film that is thick with mystical, religious, and Sundanese nuances.
Muslihat film tells the story of Jihan (Asmara Abigail) and his younger brother, Syafa (Ajeng Giona) who has just moved to an old orphanage.
They hope to start a new, better life. But one by one the strangeness and terror began to arrive.
Starting from the emergence of Shinta (Tata Janeeta), a mysterious woman who often plays strange children in Sundanese language, introductions to Juna (Fatih Unru), a young man in the night market, to a series of terror attacks on Rahma (Jacqueline Immanuela), one of the residents of the orphanage and makes her possessed to death.
