Jay-Z Sues Former Accusers Of Sexual Harassment Cases

JAKARTA - Jay-Z officially sued the woman who reported it for sexual harassment. Through his latest report, the rapper listed the woman and her lawyer on false charges.

In 2024, a woman who goes by the name Jane Doe sued Jay-Z and Sean Combs or P Diddy on charges of sexual harassment at the 2000 MTV VMA party when she was 13 years old. Jay-Z denied all these allegations.

In February, the plaintiff withdrew his report and he admitted that there was inconsistency in submitting the report.

Jay-Z with his real name, Shawn Carter filed a lawsuit against Jane Doe and his lawyers Tony Buzbee and David Fortney over the false claims they made.

The lawsuit was filed on Monday, March 3rd and Carter has contacted Doe's side. In their lawsuit, they said Doe's side confirmed that the allegations were false.

"(Jane)Doe voluntarily admitted to Mr. Carter that the stories brought to court and television were fake and false stories. He admitted that Mr. Carter did not attack him," the lawsuit quoted NME as saying.

The 'Buzbee himself' he first met at a coffee shop in Houston on the day of his fake interview with NBC News prompted him to continue a false narrative about an attack by Mr. Carter for maximum pay, "he continued.

Tony Buzbee responded by accusing investigator Jay-Z of threatening Jane Doe and intimidating her story to change its story.

Jay-Z sued and sought damages suffered by him and his family and USD 20 million in financial compensation for his company, Roc Nation.

After Jane Doe's lawsuit was withdrawn, Jay-Z had commented, "The fictitious and terrible accusations have been lifted. The fictional story they made was very funny, if not because of the seriousness of his claims. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone."
